Shando Ka Ndaba Business Training mainly provides the following services; research, training and human resource development, safety solutions, business planning and consultancy. . SKNBE has just acquired a provisional accreditation from Services Education and Training Quality Assurance Authority (SETQAA) as training services provider, see attached accreditation report or visit www.serviceseta.org.za.

SKNBE is in the process of establishing the IT unit where it will be focusing on system development and installation, web site development, programming and training as the SKNBE has acquired an accreditation with ISETT SETA on Information and Technology learning programmes in a form of MOU.

The SKNBE is currently in the process of signing a memorandum of understanding with Health and Welfare SETA on safety and first aid learning programmes.

Our Vision

To positively contribute towards the success of the implementation of the Skill Development Strategy and to play a crucial role in changing of people’ s life around disadvantageous rural and semi urban communities in Mpumalanga Province and other sister provinces through transferring skills and knowledge and establishing sustainable and viable projects.

Our main targets

• Individuals and local projects, community-based organization, government department, Non Governmental Organization, private companies and municipality that are or want to start or improve their businesses or projects.
• Unemployed women, youth and people with disabilities.

 Our Objectives  

• To provide training to individuals and organization including community based projects in Mpumalanga Province and sister provinces.
• To join hands with the government in implementing its skill development strategies in rural and semi urban communities.
• To help people who want to help themselves to start their own projects or small businesses with skills and knowledge.
• To raise awareness to people that everyone has the potential and opportunity to change and sustain his or her livelihood.
• To create job opportunities to self-motivated and with minimum qualifications people, especially, jobless youth, most ignored women and capable people with disabilities

Our Short Term Objectives

In the next financial year, the SKNBE is aiming to provide much needed training to more than 500 people at all level around Mpumalanga Province. In addition, is to contractual employ instructors with relevant skills and experience in the training fraternity. Furthermore, to provide aforesaid services to more than 1000 people to better off their living environment or standards with join hands with other strategic partners in Mpumalanga Province and other sister provinces.

Our Long Term Objectives

In the next five years the aforesaid company will extend its operation to its sister provinces and to continuously join hands with strategic partners including government and other stakeholders to implement the skill development strategies and other much needed services and transfer skills to almost 5000 targeted individuals and groups.
